It seems everyone has advice!
I would request presentation of initial input to ask for interest rate at source account and interest rate at destination account.
I would also request presentation of the answer to be presented along the lines of (eg)(full stops just for spacing):
Method:....... BACS.........CHAPS.................CHAPS
...............................(sent ASAP) ... (sent as late as possible)
Charges: .......£ nil..........£30.00.................£30.00
