HSBC - Change of address?

So I have an account with HSBC, we've just moved house, and I cannot find any information anywhere on their site or in Google at all about how to change my address with them. I'm reasonably sure there's no option for it in my internet banking thing.

Surely there's a form someone knows about that I can print out and send off like with every other bank in the world?

Sounds like a stupid question I know but this is seriously hard to find!

OK well I found it in less than 20seconds.

On the right hand side, you have 2 boxes.

My Message.

My Details and Preferences.

Click on the "My Details and Preferences"

Then click Address details.

Then click Amend address details and voila.

Log on, and on the right hand side is a box called "My Details and Preferences". Click on "update"

Then click on 'Address details'

Hmm, it's not there for me which I guess means it's for personal banking only (I've got a business account there, should've mentioned that in the original post).

I really hope I don't need to ring them, stupid phone phobia
