Cashback from energyhelpline
I would just like to state that Energyhelpline do not keep to there promise of paying cashback between 1-2 months after switch over. I have just phoned them to ask where my cashback is and they told me that they do not pay out until they here from the energy companies, which could take several months. I told them that I am reporting them to Trading Standards because they clearly state that there payment will be WITHIN 1-2 months. Do you know of any other body to report them to? I think MONEYSAVINGEXPERT.COM should check this out and point this out on there site as they often mention ENERGYHELPLINE.

On there website. It clearly states that they will pay you 1-2 months after the switchover goes live.

Perhaps if company workers could spend less time handling petty emails and letters from outraged individuals screaming "in clause xyz.mn you missed out the words 'on average' - i am going to sue your corrupt asses" ...0
