Hey guys,

Just a quick post to say I've been trying to catch up, loads I want to respond to and I'll be back

Nothing exciting my side, just a nightmare night (I could hear the *bleeping* mouse  that I still haven't caught amongst stalker phone call, muscle cramp followed by pulled muscle. Just got in from work, going to shower I think, eat something then move online.

Eta detail re stalker type call, the weirdo who calls I thought I'd answer and tell them where to go & find out who it is. So I said who is this, what's your problem, as a reply I got I love your body, your body's so sexy (!!) I'm like what on earth. Had an accent too. Plus it was 5 am! I said wrong number mate and hung up. And called again and again which I ignored. Detail on rest to follow!

Sawan - you need a cat!!
Do you have call screening? I invested in that when I was getting weird phone calls - I'm convinced they were from this girl who fancied my then boyfriend - jeez if she had only asked, she could have had him!! :rotfl: I'm guessing you aren't with BT as they are quite good with dodgy callers.

Completely off topic (though I am sitting in the bath if that makes it on topic!) he's been texting me tonight and said he's in watching telly - now he could just be tired - but does anyone else think it's odd that loves newly reconciled young dream couple aren't together on only their 3rd night back on????

Right Trudi, I'm gonna be harsh here. But it is a possibility that he's keeping you 'in reserve' as he knows the other girl may drop him again? Is that good enough for you? I think you should be faaaar too busy to reply to him - at least not for ages - tell him you've been out doing this that and the other having great fun without him.

Evening my luscious lovelies!

I'm sorry to read that so many of you are having troubles at the mo. Big squidgy hugs all round.:heartpuls

Kaz I am in awe of your capsule wardrobe. I rotate my clothes seasonally because there are too many of them to fit in one normal wardrobe....!

I have an "In" to report my dears. I bought a magazine today for something to flick through in the park at lunchtime. I don't buy maggies very often cos they are often a big fat advert filled disappointment, but I've run out of books that aren't about dieting so I got the urge.

Anyhoo.... it came with a free cleanser, so Yay!

And this had nothing to do with your decision to buy this magazine??

ALANIS: re Car Boot sales - NO WAY would I do an early morning one, LOL!! I do a midday one at Upshire which then moves down to Chingford in later summer - 50p to get in, really busy, loads of stalls, loads of people come up from North London! Check out this link and let me know if you go/what you think of it :

Sorry, not much on topic. Am still sniffing badly today!! And now also zombie like from Anti-histamines!!
Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!

Well......

This morning was a bit disappointing had an email from my perfect job saying I haven't been selected for interview.... However I then got a phonecall about a job as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant (apparently I applied for it) they started asking me questions about where I saw it etc I had to say I had litterally no idea. Ive applied for about 200 jobs in the last month hardly likely to remember where I saw it....Anyway they said they wanted to see if I was still interested as they were in the process of shortlisting....only problem is the job isnt in the UK apparently...Infact Ive no idea where the country is (geography GCSE and still no idea where places are :p) Czech Repubic anyway....Somehow I cant see myself moving there so if I get offered it yet another one Ill have to turn down :( I wouldnt really want to consider leaving Wales let alone the UK!

On topic - Yesterday I made the mistake of buying a 24 pack of disposable razors for £1....Litterally the worst thing ever, I tried in the shower last night but all it did was pull the hair and not cut it....Instead used my venus razor which has had the same head for the past god how many months but still does a brilliant job.... Not sure what to do with the rest of them now....

Just a thought - with our sparkly new facebook swapsies group, do we have to declare them as naughty-steppable ins? technically we're not buying new toiletries, as swapping we're helping each other out and not actually increasing the stashes... what does everyone else think? Or should there be a 'naughty step lite' for new but free stuff? :D

Free INs I say! :p:rotfl:

What are the orly lacquers like xoxo? I see my local Boots is selling these too but the bottles look so small.

I use the Nails Inc Kensington Caviar one and their top coat. Both very good products.

What are the orly lacquers?:rotfl: I don't know which they are :o

I've got the nails inc kensington caviar base & top coat but thats what I put on the other day and it's peeled:( Maybe my nails are telling me I need to do them more regularly to use up the stash!:rotfl:

That's a shame :( I don't think I could move for a job, even a dream job, either. Hope something suitable comes up soon

Sorry to hear about th job Charlie :( and :rotfl:at the Czech Republic job :rotfl::rotfl:

Loving all the nail polish collections/pictures, here's my new addition - Miss Sporty Pink Planet - the brush is amazing, one sweep and done but it's chipped already! I only did it last night

2011-04-19090231.jpg

Weirdly enough, with all this talk and pics of clothes (LOVing your capsule collection Kaz and the fat face dress is gorgeous!) I've also had a clear out - gave a bag to the Salvation Army - need to clear out my sock drawer - does one girl (who wears flip flops for as long as possible) REALLY need a whole drawer of socks?!!! :rotfl:

Sawan - hope you're doing okay - hope you manage to catch the mouse!!!!!!
I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around

Juliebunny - hope you feel better soon.

Trudij - what is this guy playing at? Be careful, don't be too nice, he might not be as nice as you think.

sawan - I would speak to the police about your stalker/caller, don't just let it carry on - it's too scary.

Off camping tomorrow for 2 or 3 nights, am hoping my antibiotics have made an impact on my poor throat by then.

Tried my Girligo for the first time this morning, do you use this instead of a moisturiser, spray it and rub it in. I did but wasn't sure.

Its stupid isn't it? Assume I get offered this one...That would be the 3rd Id have turned down now...Why is it the only jobs around are all !!!!.
Firstly there was the commission only job - couldn't justify the cost of travelling to cardiff everyday when I could only be earning £40 a week..
Then there was the loan company...I need to say no more on that one.
And now this job. To be fair it might be a very good job, Ive no idea. If I was single then it might be something I would consider but having a 'family' then I wouldn't want to move away from that. People tend to look at me strangely when I say my 'family' they seem to think that because me and OH arn't married, and we don't have kids I can't say that I have my own family, but whatever....
OH doesn't even want to move to the likes of yorkshire where I saw a good job advertised for him so the Czech Republic I don't think he'd be too interested in - Don't think they are too big on design out there? haha now a job in Germany/Italy or USA he might be a bit excited about it...

On the topic of mice - my parents live out in the countryside so mice and rats are very common there in the garden etc. Well after I moved to uni my parents swapped mine and my sisters bedrooms, but whilst I was gone, a mouse moved into my new room. When I came home, all my stuff in the cupboards was chewed, droppings EVERYWHERE, even on my bed (yuk) anyway my parents tried to catch him, but he lived in the wall cavity behind my built in cupboards. He was there for about 2/3 years.
Christmas before last I left my suitcase open on the bed, with a present from my housemate - went downstairs to watch TV, came back up to find the mouse had been in my suitcase and had eaten my present - a big chocolate santa (turns out mice love chocolate) needless to say I never ate it :(
Before me and OH moved in together I moved back home for a few months and Hammy came with me, turned the light on one night to find the mouse was in the Hamsters cage  I was furious with it, couldn't help but think what if he'd hurt my baby...to be fair Roddy was too busy running in her wheel to care but still.... Then it started eating all her food when I left the bag in my room...Drove me nuts for the best part of 4 months! We'd put posion down in my cupboards and numerous traps but the crafty thing avoided it all....Don't *think* he was there this christmas though thank goodness!

thevicster - love your nails - amazing colour!! I still haven't caught the damn mouse  I have laid traps, so hoping it comes along soon. I hate not being able to sleep in my room :(

vivh & julie - the calls are on my mobile. It's always unknown number. When I had them last year a couple of times they forgot to withhold I think which is when oh called them. I'm going to see if I can get them to stop - otherwise I guess police it is. I don't really want to go through that though. Might just change the number from T-Mobile *sigh*. Didn't answer any of the calls last night (4) - couldn't be bothered to wake up and swear at them.

charlie - how did you apply for a job in the Czech Republic?? But probably the best idea not to take it :p

vivh - that's how I use girligo anyway. Maybe I've got it all wrong though :o

Dr_Roberto - shops aren't a problem for me - it's the online equivalent :D

Saw some lovely nail art stuff on Amazon. I might invest in swirling tools as I never quite get it right when using orange sticks (?)
