New shuffle into Car stereo?

Hi there
I wonder if anybody can help me ... I have the new 2nd generation ipod shuffle which only has a 2.5 headphone socket - this socket is also used to import songs to the shuffle.

What I want to do is connect my ipod to my car stereo which has an import socket on the front it is the same as a head phone socket so 2.5 mm

SO i guess what I am lucking for is a little cable - dont kneed it to be long as very small distance between the place of the shuffle and the input hole on the stereo.

Back to the point at hand :rotfl: little cable which has a 2.5mm head on both ends that fit into the mp3 player and the car stereo.

I have looed on ebay and dont really know what i am searching for. Is there such a thing? if so where do ~~I go and what are they called.

I had better check that it isnt a 3.5 ill go look on the sony website :eek: ill be back as they say lol

I have plugged my ipod nano in with the connector that goes in to the bottom of the nano - not like headphone jack and the other end is like a head phone jack but the new shuffle only has headphone jack .... feeling more and more confused
