Redundancy Tax Code Query

Hi,

Can someone help please?

I was made redundant 31/08/2010. Prior to that, I had a tax code of 602L, due to private healthcare benefits.(P11D shows benefit equates to £479) This tax code was stated on my P45
I claimed JSA until 25/02/11 and then received a new P45 with tax code 647L.
My new payslip shows a tax code of 647L.

I am due a rebate as I paid more tax then required during my first employment but the question I have is....

Will the reduction in personal allowance due to the healthcare benefit be applicable for the full year or just the period whilst I was employed? If someone could give me an idea of my 'blended' tax code, that would be great. :)

Thanks
