Hi guys,
I have about £80 of clubcard vouchers to spend. How can I make them go the furthest? I have looked into buying airmiles but am unsure how to go about using them, as I live in Aberdeen I could use them as airmiles for a weekend in London maybe? Have also looked into hotels but can usualy find cheaper hotels through special deals and if using the clubcard vouchers it's usual full price.
Thanks in advance

£80 gives you 1600 yellow Airmiles (there are 2 types - yellow "Airmiles" scheme and BA airmiles scheme).
What do you mean you don't know how to use them? Just go to Airmiles.co.uk and have a read. You have loads of options how to spend miles, if I write them all out I will be here still tomorrow. But basically https://www.airmiles.co.uk/spend - you could get 2 flights from Aberdeen to London for 1500 miles. But you need to book in advance and sometimes the availability can be hit and miss. You converts Tesco to Airmiles online, Airmiles create you new account (unless you have one) and send you all the info. Then you book flights online.
Or they do Weekly deals where you can sometimes get good holidays/hotels.
If you don't want to spend it on Airmiles, again, Tesco has massive choice of rewards so I will be typing here still tomorrow... What do you like?
£80 is £240 Goldsmith vouchers - get something sparkly from there. Or £240 for restaurant food. Or several magazine subscriptions. Or you can order shed loads of plants and flowers from Thompson and Morgan.. the choice is massive. And the value of those is also always depending on the person - some say Pizza Express vouchers are not worth it as you can get vouchers of the internet for BOGOF or 2 mains for £10 - for me this is not applicable because I can only go at weekend and most internet vouchers are not valid at the weekend...0 -
I's save them until you really need to use them. You get 2 years to spend each one. If there's nothing on the clubcard reward scheme, then Tesco do a double up scheme at Christmas. Alternatively, sell them on ebay. You could get £150+ for the £80 in vouchers.0

The Double Up / "Big Exchange" thing is back on:

so you could restock in Clothing, Garden products, garden furniture and BBQs, Pampers (not other nappies or wipes), Beauty, suncare and fragrance, Toys, bikes and camping equipment, Cameras, sat navs and audio, Opticians, Small domestic appliances & Phones and accessories?
Though if you, you may have to pay a chiropractor in cash....0 -

You could buy Sleeper train tickets throgh redspottedhanky - that would get you to London and save a night's hotel accommodation. Not sure if you can get the Bargain Berths through redspottedhanky so check carefully if you're getting the cheapest deal or not.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
