I have tried upping some of my prices but not really done anything for sales. I get my postage out very quick second class and it's FREE !0

Add a second option for 1st class post and only the charge the difference between 1st and 2nd class - at least they have the option to get it quicker if they want for not a lot more money.I have tried upping some of my prices but not really done anything for sales. It might be repeat business for some of those sellers.0

I'd always choose the seller with first class postage.
Is your "dispatches within" date same day, next day, within 10 days? I'd usually buy from the seller who dispatches quicker.0 -
I buy from the best feedback and cheapest postage. Again, I am FREE postage0

I understand that you offer free postage.. but I'd probably still rather pay a little extra if the next seller was offering £1 postage but via first class rather than second and free.0

They are offering second class too.0

Do they offer 1st class as well? If you only offer 2nd class then (as I said above) you should also offer 1st class as well. Customers like to have choices - it will mean you will appeal to those that want the cheapest postage and also to those that want the quicker option. They are offering second class too.0 -
I offer both, upped my price a bit and sales are worse. I feel deflated :-( There is some kind of fix going on for sure.0

I very much doubt it. Are their listings better with better pictures etc. Do you have any silly Terms and conditions in yours? Are their items better quality.I offer both, upped my price a bit and sales are worse. I feel deflated :-( There is some kind of fix going on for sure.
Offer free Postage, That puts you higher in searches. What are your titles have you good keywords in place. There are so many variables that make people pick specific sellers. Little things can make sellers seem more trustworthy and make buyers willing to pay more.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
