    Shortly after 1pm every day.

That's when the nurses go to lunch and leave the computer unattended.

    I'm early today.

    Good morning RenoMan !

Dont you find that you scroll down the thread much more slowly now that you dont have to skim past his dire posts?

By putting the [STRIKE]village[/STRIKE] board idiot on ignore, I have added years to the life of my wheel mouse. Now that's Money Saving! :money:

Well the page renders a lot quicker at least...

I cant say I care that much about house prices. I'm here for the interest rate discussions and general economy chats to pass the time while I work away at my MFW challenge.

I'm here because of...err not sure why to be honest!

No house to worry about the price rising or falling, no interest in buyng a house unless outright (was that a pig flying by the window?).

I DO find it interesting though, it contains numbers and I like numbers!:rotfl:

Re the figures, pretty much as expected...up a bit, down a bit but overall, not moving a lot.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

    Dissapointing.

However, thought they had risen more in all honesty. Since Mar last year, house prices have only risen just shy of £200.

You've changed your tune Mr 'U' turn.

What happened to 'But house prices ARE falling!'?

I'm also here for entertainment, as interest rates/house prices are of not much personal concern to me. I suppose I'd like to see slightly higher interest rates, as I'm a saver. I keep reminding myself how worrying it would be if any rate rises were likely to cost me more money each month, and possibly put the roof over my head at risk.

    next leg gown innit
Next leg down is still underway. Clinging on to one months figures (which is usually called noise) to try and refute that is just desperate.
Next leg down is on....and it feels good :D

LOL, do you really keep having to remind yourself that?

I tend to remind myself about birthdays and anniversary's, but not fundamental things like that. Do you remind yourself that when apples fall from trees they fall downwards, not upwards?

Oh Dervprof, you are a card! :rotfl:

No. I marvel at the way nature works.

    What happened?

Quite a lot since the time that I said it.

We've had a the whole Libya thing. We've had a massive earthquake and tsunami. Nuclear meltdowns etc.

Oh, you don't mean that do you, you mean I'm now wrong for saying that prices were falling when I said it, because they didn't fall this month....some time after I said it....

I told you this the last time you decided out of sheer desperation to pull me up on the fact that what I said 3 months ago about the state of something then, isn't relevant now and won't be relevant for eternity.

Wrong. A card is what you often send when it's someone's birthday or anniversary.

It's a PREDICTION Graham. You're not likely to understand the reasoning, because it relies on understanding how supply and demand works when there's a lag introduced by the buying process, and you don't think supply/demand exists, but the prediction is:

small falls for a few months based on capital repayment rates, followed by rises when mortgages become more generally available in about 10-12 months time.

Do you know what julieq? You're mean. You're a mean lady.

Read back what you just wrote, and think to yourself, what would people reading that think of me?

Is that how you want people to see you; because thats what they will think of you.

What you say about others explains far more about you than it does about them.
