Q about buying 2nd hand car with Credit Card

If I bought a car with no warranty with my credit card, would I be covered with the CC guarentee if it turned out to be a lemon?
I hate buying 2nd hand cars but did not know if there was some way to cover myself from buying from a dealer instead, but some are offering no warranty on their cars.
