Your SOA is showing a surplus of 150 a month! that's pretty good going. Plus if things do go pear shaped you're currently overpaying the mortgage and could cut back on things like pocket money, holidays etc so I'd say you're going to be in a pretty good position.
Check out whether you can overpay the loan or not - you might need to save in an ISA till you have enough to end the loan in full.
