Many happy returns Elfen :beer: What a lovely day for a birthday

Well i nearly managed a NSD today. Met a friend for lunch, parked my car at hers and we walkeda across some fields to a local pub for lunch - very a l Enid Blyton just without the lashings of ginger beer, timmy the dog and the fact we aren't 12 :rotfl: Had a really nice lunch and a good old chat, then when I came back from a visit to the 'little room' my friend had settled the bill, which was lovely of her and totally unexpected. So, was on course for a NSD as we walked back across the fields again, and then decided to grab another drink at the pub by hers, which I paid for so my NSD floated away in the wind, but I spent much less than I'd thought for a lunch and it was well worth it to spend a fabulous weekend with a very dear friend who I have known since I was at school.

I then came home really quite tired from the sun (no booze as i had the car) and thought I'd have a kip for an hour....three hours later I finally surfaced :rotfl:

Was planning some shopping tomorrow but not sure if I can really be bothered - I think I like the idea of going clothes shopping more than actually doing it sometimes so I'll just see how I feel.

4/10 NSD's maybe I nab a few over the long weekend. What often has happened is that I have No Spend Days that I forget to log as NSD's not a good thing to do.
I am back to my tendency to bunch them up towards the end of the month which makes life uncomfortable, rather than distribute them into 1x2 or 3x a week to nab the xxxx. :eek::eek:
Spending wise a massive shop at Tesco, I had only gone in for a top up but the Cathedral to Consumerism usurped me as, believe it or not, I took my exercise there too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek: Tesco helps me to get out and I get on fabulously well with the Staff who are my Fan Club, I keep them entertained and it is all very good!!!. Often I end up suffering from Cabin Fever and in the past? Tesco has been my'going out'. I also live with a high concentration of people with mental illness ranging from depression to schizophrenia, which has mean't I experience contagion effects.
Spending helps me normalise my life from Dress Project to Academic Books and any financial project that endues my life with dignity.
I live on Benefits, keep away from that board here. So all the persecution just adds to the need to dignify my life any ways I can.
Mummy who came up recently thinks I don't need to do much shopping. So tops ups. I have to run down Freezer so I can replenish it and do my first organic meat shop, I am a believer that QAULITY is cheaper than Trash, and that is reflected in all my purchases and thankfully bless the Lord the presents I get which are all stunning qaulity.
I am trying to 'learn' the site interpret it in way that is right for me, and get into the zeitgeist of not letting those swearwords get more cash then is neccessary for life and limb.
