I've never needed it so can't suggest an insurer, but as it's a much smaller market I'd expect it's more difficult to get online quotes. Perhaps searching for "van insurance" would throw up the sort of insurer that specialises in business insurance? Otherwise a broker may be the best bet.

I'm not sure its even class 3 as that covers carrying goods NOT passengers. Personally I would go and speak to a broker or speak to your HR department who should advise you what level of insurnace youy are required to hold as they are legally obligated to check your licence, MOT and insurance.
