I thought I would just make you aware that when returning an electrical item you only include any accessories that came with the unit eg when returning a dvd player you include any cables that came with the player but you dont include any cables etc you have bought to use with the unit eg a hdmi cable, an rca cable. Speaking from experience in dealing with returns of tv set top boxes the customers returning the units would for some reason include a hdmi cable that had been purchased separtely, even found user manuals for a dvd player.
