    Could you ring from your mobile during your break periods at work? Just take the first 0 off if your ringing from a mobile.

    Apart from that, I haven't a clue what your post is actually about.

    What cancellation details were shown on the website before you agreed to sign up?

    A quick search brought up this
    http://www.whitelabeldating.com/how-it-works/

    Appears rock is a dating site affiliated to a company called white label dating

    Could be dodgy but as they a have a free phone number maybe they're ok.
    I agree, as Forwandert suggests you're going to have to find a way of calling during the day.
  • If I could ring it would be ok but I work in a prison and we are not allowed phones as inmates may steal them

    So can you not go to a staff room or rest area and call them and cancel? Otherwise you may have to email or write to them if you can find their addresses. Get the name of the website i.e. ebay.com and type this into a WHOIS database online. This will bring up the registered user of the domain and their email/telephone/address.

  • they have support messages but mostly just get auto response, ive sent quite a few explaining my predicament but they still want me to call. There must be something I can say to them that can force there hand and give another option

    If you aren't getting anywhere you should write to them. You need to find their address, so if it is not on their website, follow the instructions in my previous post to obtain the website owner's address, and send them something along the lines of;

    To whom it may concern,

    I am writing to you further to my email correspondence with you dated XXXXX. I am unable to talk to you over the phone, as I am unavailable when your call centre is open. I wish to inform you of my intention to cancel my package/account reference XXXXXXX, ad respectfully request that you do not take any further payments from {enter payment source}. Should you require any further information, please don't hesitate to write back to me.

    Yours Faithfully

    Send this recorded delivery to the address and that should do it.
    Best Regards

    I'd be careful about making allegations like that.
    If the "residents" find out that you think that they could be untrustworthy, they may try to sue you!
