You will be billed by BT broadband for 3/4 months in a lump sum depending on advance/arrears broadband payments and and the broadband billing dates, call 150 and ask for the correct figure from the date in May you want to disconnect your BT line.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe

My billing just carried on by monthly direct debit as it had for years before.. I just was out of contract but nothing changed at all.#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

NOBODY is 'out of contract' 0nly the minimum term lock-in has been reached.
It would make sense to terminate all on the last date with a restriction (Broadband), as the BT service will continue as before with just 30 days notice, PROVIDING you do not have Free Evenng & Weekend Calls option. If you do, this will cause the 12 month lockin to renew.
Now would be a good time to cancel E&W if you have it, and prepare to cancell all when you give your BB supplier due notice to leave.0 -
Where are you planning on moving your line rental to?
If for example you moved your line rental and calls to Sky, you couldn't then have your broadband with BT.No free lunch, and no free laptop

You'd have to wait to cancel your phone until your broadband term was up to incur no cost.
If you cancelled your phone, or ported to another operator, they'd charge you the remaining term on your broadband to cancel.
just make sure you're not on a rolling contract that gets renewed automatically.0
