I want to replace all my standard 60W light bulbs around the house to 12W Compact Fluorescent light bulbs.
Am I right in thinking that these are the best bulbs for energy saving?

From what I recall yes, apart from I am not sure if they are best for places like bathrooms where the light is only on for a short periods of time. For general lighting yeah they should save you money in the long run.Indecision is the key to flexibility0
