Changing back swiss franks

What is the best way to change back some swiss franks I have left?
I have had this left over from months ago and am not going to use them in the near future. Unfortunately I cannot find receipts for them.
It is a small amount, less than 100 pounds.
Can I just walk into a bank and ask for exchange? Will I be charged?
I have a A/C with Nationwide and one with Lloyds of that helps.
Any suggestion welcome.
