Microsoft Expression Web4

I need to revamp my website which I originally built using 2004 Dreamweaver software. I am very much a novice though and although I did do a course 10 years ago, I've forgotten a lot and am looking to buy software that will make things easy.
The course I did was before CSS so I need to swat up.
Is Microsoft Expression Web 4 any good? Does it have templates that are easy to use?
Many thanks

Expression web 4 is ok. Not brilliant but was easier to learn than the new dreamweaver software. Both work in a similar fashion.
If you have previous experience you should be able to work it out from the start.Motto: 'If you don't ask, you don't get!!'
