Can I find out details of website (owner etc)

Hi all

Not sure if I should have posted this in the Phones, Web etc Forum

I was wondering if there was a way of finding out who owned/originally created a website. Long story short, a friend started a small business and, not being computer minded, enlisted the help of someone else to set up a website. There has been a parting of ways and my friend now has no control over the website or its content. Any info would be helpful.

The Registrant is listed as that of the other person, not my friend whose business and details it is advertising. Is there anything she can do about getting the content removed from the website do you know?

i dont im afraid, i just know how to look up sites and who own them

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure my friend has contacted the other person at all yet, so I will suggest they do that first. If they try this and it does not resolve the situation, I will PM you all the details if you don't mind. Thanks.
