junglepay.coml - all types of payments monthly charge and setup. Chk payout terms on this one!
piryx.com for charities and nonprofit type groups, no charges only 4.5% on card payments - this one looks like a real winner for me but I will need to find sms elsewhere..
Edit.. Try also E-junkie(paypal without an a/c), trialpay(free item always included), alertpay and fastspring
there are so many different companies with different terms and rates etc, always check the rates carefully and make sure the payout terms are ok for you, some seem to think its ok to wait till you have 500 pounds before they will pay you, your customers monies!0
