ok, was hoping someone could help if poss. my husband worked for a company for three months last year, two days before xmas they sent everyone home and said the company had gone into liquidation and no one would be paid. He is owed £1500, he got a letter recently saying that the company he worked for hadnt gone into liquidation just the sister company....we are very confused as to who to claim these wages off and is there a time limit to do so? and if there is have we missed it?
