Connector needed HELP

I have bought a Xerox monitor xa7-17i, and it wont connect to my pc Dell Dimension.

Through my limited knowlage i need an adaptor, think its a dvi to crt adaptor needed male-female but the ones i have looked at on ebay or the wrong way round

Can you help? as i dont want to change the card in the dell pc( thats if i could?)
