I agree with chattychappy that it's not illegal. But that doesn't make it fair.
But then if you've got a hotel room for £3, I think you've done alright overall!0 -
To explain, I had a £50 credit from a promotion. My hotel booking in the US was £49.91, making the amount to pay £0.00.
Simple, really. £0.00 to pay, confirmed by the company having a no-surcharge option. I really didn't expect them to fail to respect their offer.0 -
The Trainline ticket surcharge can be avoided by booking with Scotrail where there is no surcharge, and the bookings aren't limited just to Scotland. I've had excellent service from 'em.0
