The Hut (.com) very poor service

Hi,
I just wanted to share my recent experience of The Hut.
I ordered the Lord of the Rings Trilogy from them on January 26th and despite being 'dispatched' received nothing.
I emailed them in Feb and was asked if I wanted a refund or dispatch, and I informed them I wanted dispatch.
Still after another few weeks I again emailed and was told it had been passed to the relevant department.
Eventually after getting bored with the saga I emailed them on 28th March and they have cancelled and refunded my order. Two months on.
Play dispatched the item on the same day incidentally.
I have ordered with The Hut before and had no issues, just something for people to bear in mind. Play and Amazon have nothing to fear from these guys!

This is probably just a one-off issue. I have had no such problems with the HUT.0
