I just bought one on ebay for my brother, there's one at £14.99 buy it now if anyone's desperate, or some cheaper ones if you want to wait for auction end.

I'd go ahead and book for 4 and then negotiate directly with the tour operator re the accomodation.

I was a bit worried about what if they want to charge huge amounts to add on more people or cant do it. The sun holiday for 7 nights would cost us £180 but going on the internet and looking up prices for the same sites and they cost £800 - £1000.

  • whats the chances they add more dates - I'm thinking butlins here - bognor, skegness. We have 6 in our party but would not take the risk of booking smaller accomadation an trying to negoiate - is butlins notorioulsly hard to get or something?

Just flicking through a butlins brochure .... Standard apartments only sleep up to 4 people and I noticed u had no choice in upgrading apartments (like u can with some places) u would need a silver or gold 3 bed but really can't see them offering them on the £15 deal? I am gna try and ring them to see if I can upgrade once I get the details threw but think this may be why you are finding it hard? (ps this is Bognor )
  • mmmmmm. thanks. think I'll ring them tomorrow in the morning before I go to work to see what my options are, although think they'll probably say no chance. Myself and my 3 kids really like butlins and wanted to show my niece and nephew what fun it is thier. If not I'll just take my chances @ Pontins...someone said it quite good thier. reviews on Trip Advisor are hit and miss. the pictures of accomadation look really bad. but I try not to go by this. at least with butlins I'd know what I'm getting. OK will try my chances......

lucky you.......I'll consider that option. I was lucky enough to scoop a buyitnow priority code (at a good prices) as I didn't have one in the 1st place. they've really put the prices up on ebay now as they no people are after them. I'll have to see whats best as I've had to buy a code, then may have to buy another one, then I'll have to pay the supplements as I will have to split them into 2 parties of 3, but then still pay the other £15x2 to make the booking a party of 4 (if that makes sense):(

off to bed now anyway, my eyes are stinging like crazy trying to sort this out:eek:....Good Luck for others out thier - hope you get what you want.....

I logged in about 10 minutes ago to take a letter for guessing the final code only to find you'd already found it ages ago! I've got the holiday we wanted for when we wanted so thank-you so much to everyone for their hard work. I will volunteer to guess the final code much earlier next time!!!
