The prize includes one night's b&b accommodation for 2 sharing a double deluxe plus room, plus a Gin Afternoon Tea served in the hotel's newly refurbished Berry Bar and Lounge. As well as classic sandwiches, scones, tea and cakes, guests will be offered a Beefeater 24 Gin and Fever Tree tonic with a choice of our Fee Brothers bitters (peach, grapefruit, mint and chocolate) to flavour the drink.

The hotel stay is for two adults and must be taken within 12 months of the closing date of the promotion. Blackout dates may apply, for example, overnight stays are not permitted over Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods. The prize does not include any costs associated with travel, meals, additional spending money or any other costs that are not expressly included in the prize description.

The prize draws are open to residents of GB aged 18 or over (with the exception of the employees of the Promoter, their families , agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. Entries must be received by midnight on the date specified in the description of the relevant prize draw ("closing date"). All correctly completed entries will be entered into the relevant prize draw. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the closing date for any reason. Entries sent via agents or third parties and automated entries are invalid. Maximum of one entry per person per prize draw. No entrant may win more than one prize. Each prize draw will take place under the supervision of an independent person within 7 working days of the closing date. The prizes are as described. If a selection of prizes is offered, entrants should make it clear which prize they would like to win. Prizes may not be exchanged or transferred, and no cash alternative will be provided. The winner will be notified via email or post within 21 days of the relevant closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the date of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer unclaimed prizes to substitute winners selected in accordance with these T&C.
