Why do people insist on copying my pictures & listing texts???? :mad: I've reported 4 people today!!!
COMP WINS FOR HUBBY & I SINCE SEPTEMBER:

Do you put a copyright on your pictures as I have found that this deters copiers. I have in the past reported people who have copied parts of my advert and ebay has said it is not copying unless they copy it verbatum.Lifes a !!!!! and then you marry one:D0

I have had people take the watermarked image complete with my details on and then refute any knowledge. A short sharp email with copyright implications usually resolves but if it doesn't, then reporting them to ebay finishes the job. Don't forget to block them too. Persistent little blighters some of them!0 -
One of the people in question has actually had the cheek to message me & tell me i'm sad & spiteful & "what goes around comes around". if its a pic from photobucket i usually delete the image and then make a pic saying "this !!!! stole my image" then reupload with the same file name as the original, and edit my listing with the newly reuploaded item pic (different url now):TJanuary Wins: Something from CCL :T

I have often wondered if people have pinched my photo because I display my pretty things on my oak sideboard and other photos can look very similar - I've come to the conclusion that my furniture is just a popular style.
I received a question on one item last week which surprised me - a lady asking if my photos were actually of my item or copied from another listing - I just ignored and blocked her because I thought she had a bloomin cheek!0
