Hi,
has any one used Clean-break.co.uk.? I sent my £87 last week for a clean break order after looking at their website and talking to an advisor on the telephone. All looked good untill after i'd submitted my application and they emailed to say it would take 21 working days for the order to be drawn up. I'd been told 7 days untill that point.
After a bit of internet research it seems that clean-break.co.uk is one of many subsidiaries of Fields Group Ltd offering legal services amoungst othing things. They are run by two well known con men who have loads of trading standards complaints and CCJ's against them becasue of late or never arriving legal documents through thier many companies. Wish i'd done this research before sending off my money.!
