opinions on a suzuki swift

Wife likes the look of the Suzuki swift, thinking of a 1 to 2 year old 1.5 petrol.

Anyone got one, what are your opinions.

Could we fit 3 adults in the back for short journeys of a couple of miles.

I have read honest john and they seem to get good reviews

Company I used to work for have a couple in their fleet which must be pushing 200k miles and they're still using them so that speaks volumes (alongside Toyota Yaris and other such bombproof cars)

Never driven one though

The engine is a Toyota lump, originally designed by Daihatsu I believe. The cars themselves do seem to be pretty much bombproof -- I know one work colleague who commuted 100 miles a day in one for three years and I don't remember it being in the garage for anything other than services.

Meant to be very highly rated. Never driven one, but if i was looking for a car in that sector that would be very high up my list of potentials.
