Wooden floor fitting

Options
How much should I expect to pay to fit wooden floor? Looking at around 36m2 just looking for rough labour cost in North West London.

    What sub-strata is it? Timber or concrete?

    concrete plan to level and epoxy then lay a dp underlay but will do this my self

    The company I use charge £!5/m2 in the Home Counties. probably £20 in London. Plus the adhesive which is expensive.
