British Gas cold callers

We are currently receiving daily calls from British Gas Home Serve advising that "under your home serve agreement we are currently making bookings for the service of your gas central heating system". Odd thing is, we don't have gas and they calling an office NOT a home and it doesn't matter how many times we tell them they've got it wrong, they keep calling back. Just venting as it's so ludicrous.

    phone them up on 08000727513 and book an appointment. When they tell you that you don't have an agreement ask why they are calling you.

    Repeat until either they get fed up or you do.

    British Gas and Home Serve are 2 different companies. British gas do offer Homecare though.

    @Scoya - We're sorry to hear you've been having cold calls. @gasmanmartin has made a very valid point - Home Serve isn't anything to do with us. We offer HomeCare which helps customers avoid the unexpected cost of central heating, plumbing, drains and home electric repair and servicing...if you could email me your address and phone number to customernews@britishgas.co.uk we can check our systems and find out whether it is our agents calling you or not.
