Disguise your iPhone

Des anyone know of a place where i can buy a realistic looking disguise case for an iphone4? Ive seen the ones that look like chocco bars or mail envelopes but they dont look realistic or are not practical. Ideally im after somethign that looks like a cheap phone but still retains use of the screen and mic. Any help appreciated.:T
