OK, it's a one-sided view from someone who it cost a lot of money, but it does give a good indication of what you could possibly end up paying for in a leasehold property.

And let's not forget the ridiculous charges that the management company and landlord will charge you for 'information packs' when you try to sell your leasehold property. I ended up paying over £600 in various fees for 'leasehold information packs' from the managing agent for the landlord and our residents associations' management company's 'information pack'.
It still makes me feel sick to the core how vile and filthy the property business is.Everyone is entitled to my opinion!0
