Well i've not heard back as of yet so i'll be ringing again in the morning. If you look at both WEM's they are both for different competitions so i dont know what huggies are playing at, but i wont let this go. My daughter has just had my first grandchild & i told her i'd won so feel rather annoyed at such a big company making this kind of mistake, my daughter & myself feel gutted now but i'm not giving up, I've been comping for over 27 years & have never had this happen before. If & when i hear anything i will keep you all informed. Emma & Angie...dont let it go either, Kimberley Clark are a multi million pound company, they can afford to give us a years supply of nappies ...after all, it was their mistake not ours !!!!!

Hi,
I contacted them again yesterday & was told it is being dealt with, they need to contact the relevent agency dealing with the competition & someone will be in touch....we'll see !!!!

Hi Vicki have just spoken to relevant Consumer agency dealing with this and have been told that we will now only be receiving
Tommee tippee....

2 MNTHS supply of vouchers instead of 1 month.
This seems to be the best that we can hope for ....even after their error. She also said that there was never a comp to win a years supply at the time but there was the previous month......Hope this helps
