I've emailed Huggies back but as yet have had no reply,
What are my legal rights, does anyone know, i'm so angry, how can a big company like huggies send you a winning email one week, then another a week later i'm so frustrated, anyone got a clue what i can do about it.

In most circumstances, if they have written to you to confirm their win they are required to fulfil their obligation. There are loopholes, but it's clear that Huggies can afford to give you the nappies.

I'd reply to them and ask what the confuse is. If they don't come up with a satisfactory solution, I would refer this to the IPM.

    Update,
I've just contacted Kimberley Clark & they are looking into it as it looks like i've won 2 competitions, but they are double checking, the bloke i spoke to said it would be very unusual for them to have made a mistake, so i'm now waiting for a phone call back.

    Hi There

Just to add i had these two exact emails as i was also supposidly a winner of the £350.00 vouchers too, so i don't know what Huggies are playing at. I didn't know whether to accept that they made a mistake or complain - but after reading this, i think i will kick up a fuss too, as this really upset me today finding out that i only won about £50.00 worth of prize as apposed to £350.00. Quite a big difference really!!
I will let you all know what they say to me too!!
