Primus Saver Home Landline Advice Please???

Thanks for a link to the free evening and weekend calls.

I had a confirmation email from Primus today about my order followed by.......................................

another 21 emails with the exact same information - at the first hurdle they have failed. If they balls up early what else will the blaas up on?

Anyone know if I can cancel this order (made on Wednesday) just by calling their customer services up? would you also suggest cancelling via email and recorded delivery letter?

No response to the email that I sent Primus 5 days ago. Again the signs are not too good.

Anyone know if I can cancel this order?

According to their terms and conditions: "The Customer may cancel the Service within
14 days of their order. If the Customer wishes to cancel during this time, the Customer is required to notify Primus by
sending an e-mail to [EMAIL="savers@primustel.co.uk"]savers@primustel.co.uk[/EMAIL]. The above right to withdraw cannot be exercised after 14 days from the

date Customer orders the Service."

As you are within your 14 days you should be fine. That is typical that they haven't responded to your email ! I would email them and phone them and also contact your current supplier and tell them you don't want to switch lines anymore and to stop the transfer. Make sure you keep your emails just in case there are issues.
