Offkey.exe Good or Bad?

Anyone know anything about a file called offkey.exe?

This site http://fileinfo.prevx.com/QQe8d816195222-OFFK466157/OFFKEY.EXE.html

says it is malware

# File Size: 1,160,344 bytes

But this site http://www.spywaredata.com/spyware/spyware-adware/process/5526/results.php says it is safe

It mentions a file size of 362kb but my file is 334kb and dated 2001?

A:\offkey.exe

It's been on a floppy disk in my box since about 2002. I have used it a few times, but always from the floppy and never copied it onto the HD.
