It just worked fine for me. I had to click through and agree to the T&C's but then the comp appeared and I got:-

Competition Entry Received
You have successfully entered the competition.

Worked fine for me, but I already had a PSN account (don't know whether that makes a difference?!?)

I had this and could not see how to move on, I had to press the "tab" key and then the accept button appeared, hope this helps someone.
