Hi, I have been offered a lovely place to rent which is being kept for us for only a few months...but i cant sell my part rent part buy property.....is there anything i can do even if drastic but obviously legal so as i dont lose what i consider a once in a lifetime opportunity ?
The housing association wont buy off me...and two buyers were considered to be not acceptable...and it is now in the hands of an estate agent...but only have 2 months to sell......the other property is so good i would even consider just walking away from this one.
