I just don't know what to do!

I have just got off the phone with a Lloyds TSB advisor after being on the phone for 1hr 15mins. The reason for my call was because back in Jan i was overdrawn on my account, they then decided to implements their £5 overdraft usage fee which i was never informed about by letter. I first knew about this after looking at a bank statement. A complaints advisor called me back and agreed to refund any charged already taken and also to stop any further charges being taken. I did a balance transfer from my egg credit card to zero the balance on my account which then left it in credit by approx £30. I called on numerous occasions to enquire about any interest charges that were due to be taken in the future to make sure i left enough in the account to cover it. I was told the amount, left the money in there to cover it and even received a bank statement stating everything was zero. This now brings me to the phone call i made today in relation to the fact that i received a letter saying i had not paid any money into my account since jan and it was in an unplanned overdraft so i have been charged another £5 fee plus interest. The advisor on the phone would not refund the money despite me explaining that i was categorically told no further interest or overdraft fees were due. I then spent over 45 mins on hold trying to get through to the complaints team and was then advised to try again tomorrow on account of them being so busy "guess they have a lot of people complaining about them!) I am no better off now than i was when i started the phone call. Is there a direct number i can call to the complaint team as i was told by the advisor there wasn't. i even went into branch about 2 weeks to close the account, handed over my debit cards and cheque books and as far i was concerned it was done. im at my witts end and refuse to pay this money!

Any help would be awesome

Many thanks in advance
