Pavers online postage refund

Hi guys,
I bought some trainers over the Internet from Pavers but decided I didn't like them. Therefore I sent the back. Pavers have taken some money off the refund (£2.50) for return postage which is fine as they do state that. They haven't however included my original postage charge in the refund.

I thought they had to do this so I would like to know a) should they have refunded me for the postage they charged me originally to send me the shoes and b) has this happened to anyone else?

Contact them reminding them that under DSR they are legally obligated to refund your postage

Really depends if you cancelled under the DSR , if you did not they you wont get your postage back

Did you tell them you were cancelling the order under the DSR or just send them back ?

Thanks for the replies. I did just send the shoes back without informing them that I was cancelling the agreement. I get confused sometimes with what I am entitled to and what I should do.
I really appreciate the advice and that you all took the time to reply. I suppose I shall just have to put it down to experience this time.
