Opening/closing date & time:
· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, red button and online as stated in the Alan Titchmarsh show (the “programme”).
· Competition closes for entries via PRTS, red button and SMS at 10.00 a.m. as stated in the programme.
· Competition closes for entries online via the www.itv.com website no less than 3 working days after the closing date and time for entries via PRTS, red button and SMS.

Competition draw date:
Within no more than 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

The winner will be contacted on the competition draw date in accordance with the time-critical provisions set out in Clause 4.2 of the General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

Method & cost of entry:
· PRTS Phone - call 0901 293 03 03 and follow instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
· SMS text – send a SMS text to 65430 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number to receive an additional entry into the competition without charge. Entrants who then send a second SMS text with their answer to 65430 by the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw three (3) times for a chance to win the prize. This can be repeated twice to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s first two (2) SMS text entries costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message.
· Red Button – Sky and Virgin Media viewers press the red button on their remote control; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each red button entry costs no more than £1.03.
· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

Prize:
The prize is a pair of tickets for the winner and one (1) companion to see Alfie Boe perform as Jean Valjean in “Les Miserables” at Queen’s Theatre in Shaftesbury Avenue, London on a date to be agreed between the winner and the prize provider between Thursday 23 June 2011 and Saturday 26 November 2011 with the exception that Alfie Boe’s performance in “Les Miserables” at Queen’s Theatre will not take place on the following dates and times and/or any other date or dates as may be notified by the prize provider:
· any Monday evening between 23 June and 26 November 2011 inclusive;
· any Wednesday matinee between 23 June and 26 November 2011 inclusive;
· Saturday 6 August 2011;
· Saturday 20 August 2011;
· Saturday 10 September 2011;
· between Tuesday 20 September and Saturday 24 September 2011 inclusive;
· between Tuesday 1 November and Saturday 5 November 2011 inclusive;
· Saturday 12 November 2011; and
· Friday 18 November 2011.

These dates are subject to change. The winner acknowledges that in the event that Alfie Boe does not perform on the date on which they choose to take up the prize or that the “Les Miserables” performance does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize also includes a backstage meet-and-greet opportunity, standard return travel from the winner’s UK home address to bed-and-breakfast hotel accommodation in London, standard return travel from the hotel in London to the Queen’s Theatre in Shaftesbury Avenue, and a cheque for £1,000 (one thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the winner only. Alcohol is not included in the prize. The prize provider reserves the right to refuse entry to the theatre and/or to take part in the meet-and-greet opportunity if, in the prize provider’s discretion the winner and/or their companion appear to be intoxicated by way of alcohol, drugs or other substance or otherwise for failure to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, they must have prior parental or guardian permission and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
