when does this sick feeling go away

i applied for an iva last week ,,i got my first meeting friday,,just feel sick all the time with worry i hate it :(

    (((hugs))) to you....i didn't do an IVA but i did go bankrupt so i know exactly how you feel....i think once the IVA is agreed you will feel much better and more in control. good luck, you'll be ok xxx

    i have gone with cccs ,,i didnt really know who to go with ,,these seemed as good as any :eek:
  • I'm not sure, mine seems to be trouble sleeping.

    I've found posting on here helpful, everybody in the same boat. There is comfort in numbers.

    CCCS are OK (In my humble opinion) as long as you realise that they are taking fees, just the same as the others. Charitable status doesn't mean they work for free. Make sure you are comfortable with the allowances they give, you will be living within that budget for 5 years.

    I was just going to say the same, I stopped feeling sick & started sleeping again the day after our proposal was accepted! Good Luck x

  • Hi, you're not alone,i felt sick,lost weight,upset tummy,came out in a rash,couldn't sleep,panic attacks - i was a wreck!:( (and that was on top of my disability !)

    post when you need to,it helps a lot to know you're not alone,big hug x

    Once everything is accepted, I promise suddenly everything looks rosy again. Its not goign to be a picnic for the next 5 years, but its doable - it passes suprisingly quickly. ( I know - I finished mine last year, and got my certificate of completion yesterday!)

    Stick with the guys on this board - nobody judges, and there are lots of helpful brains here
