    ...... my letter says " It is important that you repay the amount by 31 March 2011 at the very latest. This will avoid a field visit officer calling at your address......."

    Aw, I luv field agents!! I'm going to hang fire in the vain hope that one might turn up - if they tell me when, i'll be waiting!

    Definitely that time of year. Direct Legal Collections have written to me saying "we have tracked you down to this address after you failed to keep our client informed of your contact details. We require immediate settlement of you account" giving full details of the "outstanding" debts in writing! Anyone could have received this letter. I was hopping mad!

    I had First Direct on the phone this morning. Apologised for leaving the overdraft with them and said they would have to ring the OR if they have any queries, lol. Felt quite good all in all.
    When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN :D
