    Well, it might become a double act!

    Ive just got home and I have a letter from 'past due credit solutions' (5 years past due in this case!) chasing a debt owing to Eon (formerly Powergen)- a pre bankruptcy debt.

    Hmmm........ come in to my parlour said the spider to the fly!

    lol. Must be that time of year again.

    I'm not even sure what my one(s) are after? Everything on my credit file is marked as settled by the original creditor or a DCA that was unfortunate enough to buy it.

    Perhaps one has been sold on despite that? Or it's one of the few that were never eligible to be on file anyway?

    Yes - the debt would pre-date BR and therefore it is not payable. And such letters being sent to fermi and debt doctor (who both know the rules inside out!), means that the phone calls and letter to the debt collection agencies could be entertaining.
