Second Courtesy car

Two weeks ago I had a car accident which was not my fault, I've been given a courtesy car by the garage but today I had another accident someone drove into the courtesy car, so again not my thought I phoned my Insurance company and they arranged recovery and told me to ring back on Monday to go through the claim. When I asked about getting a second Courtesy car they said that it should be OK but some garages are funny about it.
I pay extra for a Courtesy car as I need it for work.
Does anyone know how I stand if they wont give me a second courtesy car,
I suppose I'd have to hire a car and claim it back.
Thanks in advance for any helpful advice

You should be ok but i would imagine your courtesy car is subject to availability at the garage and due to the 2nd accident you may find they are all out!!
You could always hire up to the same engine size/class as your own and claim the reasonable costs back through your legal expenses (if applicable)
See what they say monday tho0
