Csa

Hi

My sister is having loads of problems with the CSA and her ex. Apparently he owes her backdated money and now they are saying that she has been overpaid and not owed anything.

Every time she rings she speaks to someone different who are coming out with all different versions.

Thanks for any help.

If your local MP is any good it might be helpful to get him on the case. The CSA appear to do this alot, l've never dealt with them but read enough horror stories.

Hope you can get it sorted quick.

    Happy moneysaving all.
  • There is a child support sub-board in the benefits forum, I should re-post this there. Essentially if you go on their website, you can calculate the CS owed, and also email them via a form to make a complaint.
