Were the login details for AlfonsoM, or were they for OPERATOR1 or similar?
If the former, you might be able to persuade the bank to write you a generic letter along the lines of "We issue login details to individuals, and individuals are not to share those details with other people. If a company needs more people to be given access to its bank account, then the company should apply for further login details".0
