Facebook Competition - Sonos Terms and Conditions

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please print a copy of this page to retain the Terms and Conditions for your records. All further rules and/or instructions (including without limitation entry instructions) set out for the competition in question on https://www.johnlewis.com/facebook also form a part of these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and not employees of the John Lewis Partnership, their immediate families or their agents or anyone else connected with the promotion.
Entrants must email in their entries via facebook@johnlewis.co.uk with their top three songs for a wedding playlist and their reasons why. Automated or bulk entries will not be accepted.
Only one entry per person. No automated, bulk, third party or consumer group entries are permitted.
The opening date for receipt of entries is 28 March 2011 and the closing date for receipt of entries is midnight Thursday 7 April 2011
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incomplete, invalid, altered or illegible entries, or entries that are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in post or transit or which fail to be properly submitted. Proof of sending does not constitute to proof of receipt.
The winner of this competition will be chosen by Sonos and John Lewis by no later than 13 April 2011. There will be five winners. The winners will be notified on the John Lewis Facebook page and email on 13 April 2011.
The prize must be claimed by the winners by 20 April in the manner specified in the notice. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however, if the prize is not claimed by 20 April an alternative winner will be chosen.
The prize consists of five Sonos S5 players worth £349 each. One price awarded per winner.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of reasonably unforeseen circumstances.
Entries must be received by no later than midnight on the date promoted on https://www.johnlewis.com/facebook. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are invalid, incomplete, illegible, lost or delayed in transit, or which fail to be properly submitted. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
Photos, stories and entries containing offensive content or content which condones, promotes or encourages any illegal activities of any nature, are not permitted and will not be considered.
By submitting a photo, story or entry each entrant: (a) warrants and represents that he/she owns the rights to the content submitted and that the content submitted is: (i) original to him/her and has been legally obtained and created, (ii) does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party; (b) grants John Lewis a worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license to, copy and reproduce the photo, story or entry in our email newsletter, on https://www.johnlewis.com/facebook and website https://www.johnlewis.com; and (c) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless John Lewis against any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs and liabilities relating to trade mark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, right of publicity, right of privacy or defamation.
John Lewis Plc’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. John Lewis reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value, should the need reasonably arise.
